SUMMER
CAMPS
The Summer Camps' Staff is
carefully selected and highly qualified, energetic, and enthusiastic
individuals are chosen to be counselors.
Each member of the staff is dedicated to making this summer one of your child's
best!
General Information:
Camp Times
Monday – Friday,
There will be no camp on July 4th
holiday
Extended Care
Dress
Appropriate dress for most
days will be shorts, tee shirt, tennis shoes, and socks. On several days a
swimsuit and a towel will be required.
One
Lunch
Students
need to bring a sack lunch each day.
Each week we will have a special feast day provided by the camp.

SUMMER DAYS
The faculty and staff welcome you
to the start of Summer Days!
General Information:

Dress comfortably! Summer Days stresses a casual, yet
productive environment.

Parents are requested
to drop-off and pick-up their children at the classroom each day.
v
Our exciting Summer
Camps are available in the afternoon for those students wishing to enjoy
afternoon activities. Counselors
will escort Summer Days’ students to Summer Camp at the conclusion of
their last class. Extended care is
available until
v
Class enrollment is
limited, so please register early to ensure your spot. Enrollment begins Tuesday, March 25th. The first day of classes is Monday,
June 16th.

SUMMER IN THE OAKS
General Information
DRESS CODE:
The dress code for summer school is casual, but
conservative. We want students to
be comfortable and relaxed while still providing a very productive learning
environment.
ATTENDANCE:
If a student compiles two unexcused absences and/or three tardies in a course taken for credit, he/she will be
dropped from the course with no refund.
This policy does not apply for enrichment courses.
LIBRARY:
The Oakridge library will be open for Summer In The Oaks students
daily from
LUNCH / SNACKS:
The Summer In The Oaks staff provides snacks
throughout the day for students.
There is also a supervised lunchtime from 12:30p – 1:00p
daily. Students should bring
a lunch.
HOLIDAYS:
There will be no class meetings for Summer In The Oaks
REPORTS:
Parents will receive an interim report for all academic
courses and a final report at the conclusion of all courses.
CONDUCT:
Students are expected to behave in an honorable,
trustworthy, and respectful manner at all times.
Inappropriate behavior can jeopardize a student's privilege
of attending.
ENROLLMENT:
Class enrollment is limited, so please register early to
ensure your spot.
Enrollment begins Tuesday, March 25th and
the first day of classes is Monday, June 16th.
NOTE: IF A
COURSE IS CANCELLED, THE DEPOSIT AND TUITION WILL BE REFUNDED.
